Ring Central microphone settings for Google Chrome
On Ring Central: Go to your profile and select preferences
Check sound/microphone settings are set to your headphones.
Go onto the settings in the Google browser.
Click onto 'Site Settings'
In the dropdown for Microphone, make sure that the default is the Plantronics microphone and that zoho crm is listed as an allowed browser. When you click into the zoho crm under allowed sites, make sure microphone is allow and not ask first.
Now go back out of microphone and into sound and make sure zoho crm is listed in there as an allowed browser
